The course ' The Heart & Soul journey ' is definitely tailor-made for you. This fantastic experience will guide you back home. Practically speaking, you will be in a place where you will feel supported , heard , loved and safe , surrounded by like-minded women.

We share our experiences and our struggles with a limited group of women (max. 4).
This unique and personal inner journey is about connecting women with themselves and with others.

Chakra lifestyle

The chakra theory is an ancient lifestyle that gives you a better understanding about your energy system.  You can use it afterwards as a guideline during your life to appreciate and be conscious of the balance on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level.

By having knowledge and insight about your 7 main chakras, you will experience more energy and balance in your body, have fewer complaints, increase your awareness and feel better about yourself.

For 8 evenings, you will embark on a magnificent inner journey through your 7 main chakras.
Every evening, you will learn more about a particular chakra. You will discover what the chakras stand for, how to recognize and release a blocked chakra,...

You will also benefit from useful and achievable tips in order for you to get closer to yourself and live from your heart.
Those tips will ensure you a life full of self-love, self-knowledge, energy and color.

Every month you will receive an assignement (in the form of a questionnaire) to work with.

Practical:
We meet once a month in the PURO practice.
(every second Thursday of the month)
We start at 7pm until +/- 9.30pm.

For whom?
For all women who are interested in personal development and looking for inner peace.
No prior knowledge is necessary.
I limit the group to a maximum of 4 participants.

  • You will learn how to nourish yourself on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.

  • You will receive a practical and clear course.

  • You will take this knowledge with you for the rest of your life!

You will receive a syllabus so that you have a handy reference work afterwards.
During the evenings, water, tea and a healthy snack are always provided.

About me:

The chakra wisdom has taught me a lot about who I am and thanks to the knowledge I gained from this, I was able to be love and embrace myself. To put it simply, I became my own best friend.

I would love to share these experiences with you. I see myself as a guide on the journey of self-discovery.

I want to teach women to love themselves so they can discover how amazing they are.

I want to support women and help them reconnect with themselves and each other.

I help them discover their strength and their inner wisdom.
I wish that every woman could recognize and understand the signs of their body. Why ? So that they can feel what it wants to tell them and what they can do about it to fix it. We all have the answers within, we just need the right tools to search for them.
