Shipping term

When it comes to shipping orders and packages, I always do my utmost to deliver your package as quickly as possible. It takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery when a product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, you can order it, but it will take 4-7 working days for it to be delivered.

If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, you may have to wait a little longer.

Postage costs

PURO works together with Bpost for the shipping of our packages. PURO is not responsible for delays due to courier service.
The standard shipping costs are €8.50. Orders from €75 are shipped free of charge.

You can also pick up your order at PURO, but you must make an appointment via0470 39 55 99 .

Try before you buy

Are you not yet familiar with a PURO product range? Make an appointment via 0470 39 55 99  and come and test your favorite products in practice in Lint. This way I can best advise you which products contribute to healthy skin and inner balance.

Many of our products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once they have been used, as we can no longer sell them. If you have used such a product and are not satisfied, please contact me. I would like to hear why you are not satisfied and often a solution can be found.

14 days reflection period

Not satisfied with your purchase? Please allow 14 days for reflection before returning the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging and without damage! So feel free to view the product as you would in the store. Example: take a tube of cream out of the box and look at it from all sides, but do not remove the cap. Are you still in doubt? Please contact me. The PURO packaging may be opened to inspect your product.

Return costs

The costs to return or exchange an item are the responsibility of the customer. This does not apply if we have made a mistake ourselves or if there is something wrong with the delivered product. Returning an item is always the responsibility of the customer. If the package arrives to us late or does not arrive (due to an error by the chosen supplier, for example), we do not promise a refund.

Complaints handling

If you have any complaints, I recommend that you send an email or you can call
0470 39 55 99. If you don't get someone on the phone right away, please be patient. I will call you back as soon as possible. I can guarantee one thing: I will find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
